Sue’s Au Gratin Potatoes

A great side dish. Nice and hardy to add to any meal.

 5 lbs Potatoes (prefer russet)
 1 ½ tbsp Season All
 1 Medium Onion
 2 lbs Cheese (Prefers Colby Jack, Cheddar and Velveeta)
 1 ¾ cups Heavy Cream
 1 Stick of butter
 4 oz Velveeta Cheese
 ½ cup Parmesan Cheese

Boil in salted water until tender, let cool completely
Peel and slice potatoes
Season potatoes with Season All, Garlic Lover's Delight and Miracle Blend
Gently Toss
Dice 1 medium size onion and add to potatoes
Grate 2 lbs of any cheese and add to mixture
Gently toss and place in baking dish

In a sauce pan heat:
Heavy cream, butter and the 4 oz of Velveeta Cheese

Pour mixture over potatoes
Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes

10 minutes before potatoes are finished spring with 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese
