Fantastic taste

 3 Bell Peppers (I use 3 of different color)
 1 Red Onion
 1 lb Raw Shrimp
 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
 Lime Juice

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Cut Peppers and onion into strips and throw into a big mixing bowl
Then throw in shrimp
Add olive oil and Fajita Seasoning
Mix well. You may want to add more Fajita Seasoning if you feel it looks a little light on seasoning
Spray cooking spray on a large baking sheet
Place all contents out on baking sheet so it is evenly dispersed
Bake for 8 minutes, and then broil for 2 additional minutes
When done in the oven, sprinkle desired amount of cilantro and lemon juice. Serve in a soft shell or over rice.

*Add any toppings you prefer. I like to add cheese, sour cream and salsa to mine
