Grandma’s Apple Cake

A great treat to make in the fall when the apples are plentiful and the air is crisp.

 6 Apples
 1 cup Oil
 1 ¾ cups Sugar
 2 cups Flower
 3 Eggs
 1 tsp Baking Soda
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 cup Walnuts

Beat eggs, sugar, and oil until light in color. Mix dry ingredients together and add to the wet. Peel and core apples, chop and add to batter. Pour into a grease 9x13 pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
