Fish Taco’s

Put a whole new twist on Taco Tuesday with these tacos. Full of flavor and easy to make up.

 6 Tilapia filet's
 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
 1 tsp Butter
 1 ½ tsp Taco Seasoning
 6 Flower Tortilla's
 1 ½ cups Shredded Cheese
 1 Medium Tomato (diced)
 2 tbsp Vinegar
 1 cup Mayonnaise
 8 cups Shredded Cabbage

Follow instructions on making the Coleslaw dressing, and mix with the cabbage (try to use fresh cabbage, as it adds extra crunch)
Heat oil and butter in a nonstick fry pan.
Sprinkle Steak & Fish Seasoning, Taco Seasoning, Granulated Garlic & Black Pepper (if desired) on to fish.
Saute fish in pan until it flakes and is tender.
Flake apart fish and place in the tortilla shells, add coleslaw, shredded cheese and diced tomatoes on the top.

Add avocado, and other toppings as desired.
