Chicken Parmesan

 4 Chicken Breasts
 1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
 1 tbsp Italian Herb Seasoning
 1 tsp Pork & Poultry Seasoning
 1 tsp Garlic Lover's Delight
 1 Parmesan Cheese

*I prefer to use fresh tomatoes. I set the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute, remove skins and core them. Put them in a pan and crush them. Heat them then add Italian Herb Seasoning and Garlic Lover's Delight. Or you can use a can of crushed tomatoes.

Place chicken in deep baking dish and sprinkle with Pork & Poultry Seasoning.

Pour Tomatoes over the top.

Sprinkle lots of Parmesan Cheese

Baker at 350 for 50 minutes

Serve over Spaghetti noodles or Angel Hair pasta. You can even substitute and use Spaghetti Squash.
