A fool proof way of creating tasty BBQ Ribs in the oven.

1 or 2 racks of ribs
 BBQ Sauce of your liking
1

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees
Place ribs on a baking sheet
Sprinkle Our Own Garlic & Onion over the top
Sprinkle Season All over the top
Coat the ribs with Geno's BBQ Rub (I like a heavy coat)
Cover ribs with foil and place in the oven
Bake at 200 for 2 hours
After the two hours, kick it up to 375 degrees, for 30 minutes to an hour (depending on your oven and the size of ribs)
Once your ribs look like they are getting close to being done, coat your BBQ sauce on the ribs and broil for 10 minutes.

Enjoy!
