Rub generously on both sides of meat, let set at least a half hour or the longer the better. Make a BBQ sauce for basting at the end with one part mix to 1 part tomato paste or ketchup.
Make a dip with 4 oz of sour cream and 4 oz of mayonnaise and 1 tbsp of mix or to taste.
